WHAT TO EXPECT

Life can be challenging, things do not always work out the way we may have planned with everyday issues and stresses easily becoming unmanageable. We all need support at some point in our lives to overcome problems. Counselling can provide clarity and guidance at a time when you may be feeling weighed down by modern day life. As an integretive therapist I can help you find your own solutions to whatever difficulties you are experiencing in a safe and confidential environment.
Given the right conditions, I believe a person can reach their full potential and become their true self. During the counselling relationship I will encourage you to bring your own issues to the session, I will help you to explore these issues, feelings, beliefs and behaviors, and in doing so you will gain clarity, self awareness and independence.
I have a special interested in Attachment and Inner child work.
